The superb Villa Mahera offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Whether you use it as a base to explore the Island of Lefkas by car and the surrounding Islands by boat or yacht (you can moor it outside the villa), or whether you just like to stay 'at home' and enjoy the magnificent sea views from the pool.

Location
Situated on the sea front on the peninsula of Geni, facing West across tranquil Vlicho Bay towards Vlicho and Nidri. Geni is a quiet and exclusive area with many Olive, Lemon and Orange trees. There are five waterfront tavernas and a minimarket within 500 metres (10 minutes walk). Beautiful Desimi Beach, with it's crystal clear water for swimming and snorkelling, is about 2.5 km. The lively shops, restaurants and nightlife of Nidri are 9 km by car or a short trip by boat.

The Villa
A very large open plan living / dining room with comfortable furniture, television, and stereo. The entire villa is on the first floor level, so the views from the large balconies are excellent.
The kitchen area has been equipped to a high standard, with full mahogany cupboards and a granite breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one 'bunk' bedroom in which the bed has two levels - the lower level is a double bed and the upper level is a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have a private shower/wc. There is also a separate bathroom with a bath and wc.
It is possible to have up to two extra folding beds for children in the living room for large groups.
All living areas are fully air conditioned and heated.
On the lower floor is a laundry room for use by guests.

The Gardens
Landscaped garden leads past the pool and down to the sea front, where you can moor your boat. Stone walls, steps and patios surround the 'pool with a view' and barbeque area - the perfect place to relax and watch a different sunset every night!

The Villa Mahera is perfect for larger groups who like a touch of luxury. But it is also suitable for those who like comfort and plenty of space. Because of it's location we recommend you have transport - car, boat or even bicycles (ask us!).

Villa Mahera has superb Panoramic views from Geni across Vlicho Bay to Nidri and the mountains of Levkas.
