The 'Classic' villas are large and comfortable

Perched on the pine clad hills above the beautiful and popular resort of Aghios Nikitas, the Idilli Villas opened in 2004. They have been thoughtfully designed and built to the highest standards, blending traditional stone and natural wood to provide beautiful villas equipped with the latest conveniences. Their position gives them unforgettable views over the mountains, village and the enchanting Ionian Sea. Yet they are only a short drive or ten minute walk down to the nearest shops and beach.

Location
The Idilli Villas are located approximately 1000 metres from the 'crossroads' In Aghios Nikitas, to the north east of the village. They are on a hillside with excellent views and are reached by a good road. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down the road to the village, but longer to walk back up! Bring a torch for night time walks.
Ag. Nikitas village has it's own small beach, but the spectacular beaches of Pefkoulia and Kathisma are only a short drive away. In the high season there is a taxi boat service from the village to the nearby bay of Milos.
Lefkas Town is 15 km away and can be reached by public bus. It is about 40 minutes drive to Preveza Airport. To enjoy your stay at the villas to the full we recommend you hire a car. There is plenty of parking space.

The Facilities
The villas have been designed and built using local materials to blend with nature. Stone paths and steps are lit at night. Villas are cleaned twice weekly, and there is an attendant on-site to ensure high standards are maintained. The five 'Classic' villas share a large 16m x 8m pool.

Idilli Classic Villas (up to 5 persons including 1 child)
Perfect for families, couples and friends. Each 80 m2 villa has two double bedrooms opening onto a balcony or patio. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a large open plan and well furnished living / dining room and kitchen area, which is air conditioned. The living room is comfortable, with open fireplace and satellite television. The kitchen area is fully equipped, including an automatic washing machine and full oven. There is the possibility of adding a folding bed in the living room for a 5th person (child only). There is also a small second wc. There are five Classic villas.
