Villa Artemis is a large modern villa with a private driveway

The beautiful Villa Artemis is an ideal choice for groups of up to six persons. It's hillside position offers complete privacy and seclusion for those who like to relax and watch the passing yachts in the bay below. Yet for those who like to get out it is a 700 m walk down the hill to the nearest beach, bars and simple restaurants. Another few hundred metres takes you to the start of Nidri.

Location
Set on the hillside of Perigialli with fabulous views over the bay and the Islands to the mainland. It is 1.5 km to Nidri, the largest resort on Lefkas, and 20 kn to Lefkas Town. Although a car is helpful, it is not essential.

The Villa
A large villa with spacious rooms. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a large open plan living room with open fire, comfortable seats and a television (limited satellite). There is a well equipped kitchen area which leads out onto a large balcony - ideal for breakfast.
Also on the ground floor are a shower / wc, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom / wc.
On the first floor is the Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower / wc. Double doors lead out onto a large private terrace with beautiful views.
From the living room you can walk directly outside onto the large terraces surrounding a 40 m2 pool. Above the pool is a jacuzzi which overflows into the pool. There is a stone built barbeque for outdoor cooking on those warm summer nights.

Other features
Villa Artemis is air conditioned throughout. Sheets and towels are changed two times per week. The villa is rented by the week, and arrival days are Sundays. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
