The perfect surprise, present or
treat. A day out on a sailing boat with one of our professional,
qualified skippers. You can relax and enjoy the sun and sea breeze, with
plenty of time for swimming in a quiet bay and lunch at a
waterfront taverna.
Our skippered day boat charter is just right for
you:
- Our day boats are half way
between a large dinghy and a small yacht
- Normally a
Benetteau 211, 21' or similar (year 2002)
- Up to 5 passengers + skipper
- A normal sailing day will take
you around the islands in the bay of Nidri, stopping at Skorpios (the
Onassis Island) for a swim, followed by a sail to Meganisi for lunch
(not included). Spend the afternoon at sea returning to Nidri. The exact
route of course depends on the wind.
Your skipper is at your service
for the day. You can help with the sailing if you like, or just lie back
and enjoy the experience. No sailing qualifications are necessary.
There is a small cabin
downstairs to store your swimwear, drinks, snorkel and fishing rods - or just
take a break from the sun.
Rental periods and times:
- These boats are for
day charter only. The day begins at 09.30 and you will return to our
jetty in Nidri at 17.00 each day
- The minimum rental period
is one day
- Sailing days are Monday to
Saturday (not Sunday)
It is important to reserve in advance. There are almost no day
boats of this type for charter on Lefkas, and they will almost certainly be
fully booked for the summer.
