The Princes Islands Residence
Owing its name to its superb views over the Princes Islands in the Bay of Nidri (Madouri, Skorpios, Skorpidi, Sparti, Heloni and Tsokari), these very comfortable and well equipped luxury apartments provide probably the best sea views in Nidri. Each luxury apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard, for those who want a really special and memorable holiday experience.

Location
Perfectly situated at the edge of Nidri, yet only a few minutes walk from the village, the Princes Islands Residence is on a low hill offering superb sea views all the way to the mainland of Greece. It is 20 km from Lefkas Town and Vassiliki, and approximately 40 minutes drive from Preveza airport.

Facilities
All apartments are built decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. This includes:
- fully air conditioned
- fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking equipment
- dining area with tables and chairs
- living area with comfortable chairs and sofas (which convert into a double sofa bed), large flat screen satellite TV with CD/DVD
- each apartment has a private safe and individual burglar alarm
- large verandas and balconies with spectacular panoramic sea views
- two swimming pools with jacuzzi, sun beds and chairs, and outdoor barbeques

Apartment Types
There are two types of apartment:
1. One bedroom apartment for 2 / 4 persons or more
These are situated on the top floor. In addition to all the facilities mentioned above there is one bedroom with double (matrimonial) bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and separate bathroom with bath, shower and wc. The bedroom has a balcony with sea view. To the side of the apartment is a very large shaded terrace with table, chairs and fantastic views.
2. Two bedroom apartments for 4 / 6 persons or more
Ideal for families, two couples, or groups of friends. There are two separate bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double (matrimonial) bed with flat screen TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and wc, and balcony with sea view.
The second bedroom contains two single beds, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with sea view.
There is a separate shower / wc.
