Villa Information
- A large comfortable villa in a quiet location, less than 10 minutes walk
from the centre of Nidri

- There is no pool at the villa but the nearest hotel pool open to the
public is only 5 minutes away and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes
walk away
The Olive Grove House is a large, comfortable and modern villa situated in a
quiet location, yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of Nidri - the
busiest holiday resort on Lefkas. It is ideal for families or groups of
friends, with three large bedrooms. It's location makes it ideal for
reaching the beaches, restaurants and shops of Nidri by foot, and for
exploring the Island of Lefkas by car.
Location
On the edge of Nidri village, on the quiet road to the waterfall. Surrounded
by shady olive trees. The centre of the village is less than 10 minutes
away, as is the first of Nidri's gently shelving beaches (ideal for
children). The villa does not have it's own pool, but the nearest hotel pool
open to the public is only 5 minutes walk away. There are no hills, so the
area is good for families with young children and those who have a little
difficulty walking.
The Villa
This comfortable and modern villa has been simply furnished to a high
standard.
There are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single
beds. Each is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, and all bedrooms have a
separate balcony. One of the double bedrooms has a private shower / wc, and
there is another shower / wc between the other two bedrooms.
On the ground floor is a large and comfortable open plan living room/ dining
room / kitchen area. The living room has an open fireplace and comfortable
sofas. There is a dining
table and chairs. There is also a third shower / wc.
The kitchen area is large and well equipped, with full oven, microwave,
large fridge/freezer, and washing machine.
Doors lead out onto large paved patios, and grass area, with plenty of
garden furniture so you can enjoy the sun all day! Alternatively, relax in the shade of the Olive trees! There is a stone-built
barbeque to cook your own delicious dinners outside on hot summer nights.
There is parking for two cars on the quiet road in front of the villa.
Infant under 2 years can be provided with a cot and high chair.
Cleaning is two times per week. Sheets and towels are included.
