Perigialli is a hillside behind Nidri on the East coast of Lefkas.
If offers probably the best views on Lefkas, if not Greece. Although
it is peaceful and quiet, the villa is only 5 minutes (1.2
kilometres) by car from the beaches, restaurants and nightlife of
the popular resort of Nidri
The Villa
Villa Manolia is a modern, comfortable, and popular villa. It has
two floors, and therefore is not suitable for wheelchairs. The
entrance to Villa Manolia is on the first floor, into an open plan
living room with satellite TV and DVD, and doors leading out to a
balcony with excellent sea views. It is part of an open plan and
well equipped kitchen and dining room, with cooker, microwave, dish
washer, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The two bedrooms are downstairs, on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, patio doors leading to the pool, and an
ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and wc.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and patio doors leading to the pool.
There is a second shower / wc, and a utility room with washing machine.
All rooms are air conditioned. Cleaning is 2 x per week
Outside
Villa Manolia has a private pool with poolside shower, sun beds, table and
chairs, and lovely sea views.
