About your deposit
To make a booking you must send us an enquiry form by clicking the 'Click
Here' link at the bottom of the price panel. If it is available we will send
you an invoice by email. The service you requested will be held for you for 24
hours from the time of our e-mail. To confirm, please follow the instructions
on the invoice.
Conditions of the deposit:
- When we receive your deposit, the service (accommodation, car hire,
taxi, boat etc) will be taken off sale and held for you. Therefore the
deposit is non-refundable. You should consider taking travel insurance to
cover this if you feel it is necessary.
- After receiving your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your
payment by e-mail immediately. We will also send you a confirmation invoice,
voucher, a map (if necessary), useful information and contact details for
your service provider, and our contact details on Lefkas should you need us.
The final balance:
- For villas, Ionian Blue Hotel and yachts the final balance must be paid to us two months
before arrival.
- For most other services the final balance must be paid directly to the
service provider in cash, upon arrival. Please note that many Greek
businesses do not accept credit cards. There are ATM's in some of the larger
resorts.
Cancellation or no-show:
- When we accept your deposit we guarantee to reserve the service you have
booked.. It will be held for you until you arrive and we accept full
responsibility for providing you with that service.
- If you cancel at least two weeks before arrival then you will only lose
your deposit.
- If you cancel between 1 and 13 days before arrival then you will be
liable to pay us a further 30% cancellation charges (total 50%).
- If you cancel on the day of arrival or are a 'no-show' then you will be
liable for the full cost of the booking.
- If you book accommodation and do not arrive by 23.59 on your expected
arrival day you will be regarded as a 'no-show'. If you are delayed for any
reason please contact us using the emergency number which we will provide
and we will arrange to hold your accommodation for you.
- If at any time you think you will be late or are having difficulties
please contact us on the numbers given with your confirmation information
and we will do our best to help.
(Note: If you have booked a taxi or car hire from the airport and your flight
is delayed do not worry - we will wait!).
