These friendly air conditioned rooms and studios are owned and run by Crissa who speaks
Greek, English and Italian. They are popular with her regular guests,
who come back to Lefkas year after year.
They are excellent value and are ideal for a relaxing stay in Vassiliki.
Only 100 metres to the beach along a private path, the rooms are surrounded
by a large garden with flowers and trees with barbeques which can be used by
guests.

Location
In a quiet and peaceful location, yet only about 250 metres from the nearest tavernas and minimarkets, and
500 metres
from the harbour, bars and nightlife of Vassiliki. The beach is only 100 metres
away, with no roads to cross so ideal for children (and not far to carry your
windsurfing board). Crissa offers cheap storage on the beach (two boards and
three sails for 5 Euros per night) for customers who book early and inform us at
the time of booking.
For customers who would like to explore the island it is an easy drive to the beautiful West coast beaches of Lefkas.
Accommodation Facilities
Large garden area with barbeques, children's playground, and plenty of shade
under the Plane trees to relax during the hot summer months. There is a small
shared kitchen for guests staying in rooms to make snacks. The apartments have their own
private kitchens. Plenty of free car parking. Free cots for babies (tell us before).
Room Facilities
All rooms and apartments have free air conditioning (included in price),
television (local channels), private shower and WC. Rooms have a refrigerator
and a water heater for making hot drinks. Apartments have a private kitchenette.
Cleaning is every day. Sheets and towels changed 2 x every week.
Room Types
There are four types of accommodation:
Twin Room: For 1 - 2 persons. These contain two single beds that can be put together
if necessary. Please declare at the time of booking if you want two separate
beds.
Double Room: For 1 - 3 persons. These contain one double bed and one folding bed
or cot for the third person (extra bed or cots for babies are free but
please tell us at the time of booking).
Family Room: For 4 persons. These contain one double bed, and one bunk bed (two
levels for two persons). The bunk bed is also suitable for adults, if four
adults want to share one room.
Two bedroom apartment for 1 - 5 persons. These have two bedrooms. In one
bedroom is a double bed. In the other bedroom is a bunk bed bed with a roll-out bed
(therefore maximum 3 persons), and a kitchenette. Both bedrooms have a private
shower/wc. There is a door between the bedrooms, and each bedroom has a separate
outside door and balcony.
