Apartment and Studio Information

•  All of Babis studios and apartments in Nidri have private shower / wc and balcony with sea view or side sea view. Air conditioning (*small extra charge locally), television and safe deposit box.
•  17 apartments and studios, 3 floors
•  Low season  minimum stay 4 nights, all other dates 7 nights
  
  The bright, modern air conditioned Babis studios and apartments are situated right in the middle of Nidri, on the sea front and about 50 metres from the lovely harbour of Nidri. They are just a few minutes walk from the beach, and right beside all the shops, bars and restaurants.

  Apartment Types

  There are several types of studios and apartments suitable for couples, groups and families. See description below.

  All have a balcony with sea view or side sea view, private wc / shower, television (local channels) and safe deposit box. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge (payable locally). Some studios have a private kitchen and some have a shared kitchen between two studios (see description).

  1. Twin studio for 2 persons ( 2 x single bed). Private kitchenette

  2. Double studio for 2 persons (1 x double bed). Shared kitchen

  3. Triple studio for 3 persons (1 x double & 1 x single bed). Shared kitchen

  4. Two bedroom studio for 4 persons. Suitable for families as you must walk through bedrooms between kitchen and wc/shower. (1 x double bed & 2 x single bed). Private kitchenette.
   
  5. Two bedroom studio for 4 persons. Suitable for families as you must walk through bedrooms between kitchen and wc/shower. (2 x double beds). Private kitchenette.

  6. Two bedroom apartment for 5 persons (2 x double & 1 x single). Private kitchen and  two separate ensuite wc/showers.

  Apartments are cleaned two times per week. Sheets and towels are changed two times per week.
