The Akti Rooms and Studios

The small and friendly Akti occupies one of the best positions on Nidri beach. A moments walk through lovely gardens filled with flowers and roses takes you directly on to the gently shelving beach with crystal clear water. Simple, clean and spacious rooms and studios with air conditioning and television. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday.

Location
On the sea front, separated from Nidri beach only by well kept gardens, the Akti is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the harbour, shops and bars of central Nidri. Minimarkets and restaurants are all only a minute's walk away, and you are welcome to use the pools of nearby hotels.
There is plenty of car parking nearby, or else take the local bus to Lefkas Town or Vassiliki from the top of the street.

Room Types
There are 5 types of room:
1. Twin rooms for 1 / 2 persons. These have two single beds, air conditioning, television, fridge, kettle, shower / wc, balcony with sea view. They are all on the first or second floor.
2. Double studio for 1 / 3 persons. These have one double bed and one single bed. Air conditioning. Television. There is a kitchenette, shower / wc, and a patio with garden view. They are on the ground floor.
3. Triple studio for 1 / 3 persons. These have three single beds. Air conditioning. Television. There is a kitchenette, shower / wc, and a patio with garden view. They are on the ground floor.
4. 1 x Two Bedroom Studio for up to 4 persons. Two rooms. One contains a double bed The other contains two single beds and kitchenette. Television. Air conditioning. Shower / wc. First floor balcony with side-sea view.
5. 1 x Two Bedroom Studio for up to 5 persons. Two rooms. One contains a double bed. The other contains two single beds, with the possibility of an extra bed, and kitchenette. Television. Air conditioning. Shower / wc. Patio with garden view.
