- Fully equipped kitchen area with oven, fridge/freezer, washing
machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and board
- Outside patio areas all have barbeques, with superb views and
sunsets. Classic villas have 7m x 4m pool. The deluxe villa have an 'L'
shaped pool and is on a higher level
- Cot available free (request in advance)
- Housekeeper speaks English, Greek and Italian. There is a regular
cleaning service, and a cook can be arranged to cook for you (extra
charge)
Perched on the pine clad hills above the beautiful and popular resort of
Aghios Nikitas, this small community of luxury villas was opened in 2010. They have been
thoughtfully designed and built to the highest standards, blending
traditional stone and natural wood to provide beautiful villas equipped with
the latest conveniences. Their position gives them unforgettable views over
the mountains, Agios Nikitas village, and spectacular sunsets over the enchanting Ionian Sea. Yet they are only a
short drive or
ten minute walk down to the nearest shops and beach.

More about Aghios Nikitas
Location
The Aghios Nikitas Villas are located approximately 1000 metres from the
'crossroads' in Aghios Nikitas, to the east of the village. They are on a
forested hillside
with excellent views and are reached by a good road. It takes about 10
minutes to walk down the road to the village, but longer to walk back up!
Bring a torch for night time walks.
Ag. Nikitas village has it's own small beach, but the spectacular beaches of Pefkoulia and Kathisma
are only a short drive away. In the high season there is a taxi boat service
from the village to the nearby bay of Milos.
Lefkas Town is 15 km away and can be reached by public bus. It is about 40
minutes drive to Preveza Airport. To enjoy your stay at the villas to the
full we recommend you hire a car. There is plenty of parking space.
Aghios Nikitas Classic Villas (up to 6 persons)
The classic villas have three bedrooms ( 1 x double & 2 x twin), one with
en-suite shower/wc. There is an additional shower/wc with hairdryer. The
kitchen and living room are equipped for 6 persons. Customers can book two
bedrooms for 4 persons, or three bedrooms for 5/6 persons.
Aghios Nikitas Deluxe villa (up to 4 persons)
The deluxe villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (one with en
suite shower/wc). There is also a separate shower/wc with haircryer. The
villa is on a higher level for additional privacy, and has an 'L' shaped
swimming pool around two sides of the villa.
