Nikitas, Lefkas, LefkadaThe Aghios Nikitas Apartments are in a wonderful position above the
popular village of Aghios Nikitas. You will be well looked
after by Stefanos and his Italian wife Lorensa, who keep the
spacious and comfortable apartments in immaculate condition.
The apartments are 1.3 km from the village by road, but you
can stand by the pool and hear the waves crashing on the
beaches below. Stefanos himself has personally built a
footpath which will take you down to the village and sea in
about 8 minutes (although it may take a little longer to
walk back up again!).
Location
On the hillside above and to the Northeast of Aghios Nikitas,
surrounded by cypress and pine trees. A few minutes drive
from the village, and within an easy drive of Lefkas Town
and the beaches of the West coast. There is a footpath down
to the village - bring a torch for night time walks!
Apartment Facilities
Stefanos and Lorensa have taken great care of these
beautiful apartments. Natural stone patios and walls lead
down to a large pool with fine views over the village and
North to the wonderful beach of Pefkoulia. If you don't want
to go down to the village one evening, then why not stay
around the barbeque area and enjoy a West coast sunset?
There is plenty of car parking. Guests have free use of
wireless internet connection.
The Apartments
Modern, comfortable and well decorated. Air conditioned and
heated. Each apartment is 50 m2, with a large patio or 15 m2
private balcony and sea views. The open living / dining /
kitchen area is nicely furnished, including a double sofa bed for a third and fourth person. There is a shower / wc,
and the bedroom contains a double bed.
The apartments are cleaned three times every week, and the
sheets and towels are changed two times per week.
The apartments open on 5 May 2012 and
the minimum stay is 1 week.
